When I started looking into Bio-One and realized what a need they fill, I knew that I should be the one to offer these services in my community. I strive to put people and relationships first, and find it satisfying to know that I’m providing a needed service for individuals and families who are often in difficult circumstances. Doing hard and dirty work doesn’t put me off, and knowing that I can compassionately and professionally help others while operating a successful business makes it worth doing whatever it takes.

Sam, May, Phill and Jessica were outstanding! We had a very large project with my mom’s house that she had lived in for over 30 years and the whole family was overwhelmed the how much there was to do. They handled it will patience, compassion and efficiency. They made everyone feel comfortable and were sensitive to our family while having to go through so many years of things. We had a mouse infestation and they did damage beyond what one could ever imagine. I interviewed several companies but bio one was the only one that actually knew the safety concerns and the emotional impact on my family. Matt was amazing to deal with and Sam who did the actual work was amazingly professional, thorough, fast, and for the first time in months my house is livable. He gave us advice and answered all our endless questions. They have been with us by our side through this process which has been devastating to our family. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them. I am flabbergasted by how amazing of a job they did and how fast. I threw out a lot prior to them coming to try to cut costs and now think they probably could have saved it. Amazing resources.
